2. Free Trial

We offer 2 free video generations to all new users. This allows you to evaluate our service before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required for the free trial.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation
  • Unused credits do not carry over after your subscription ends

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription
  • You have used fewer than 5 video credits during the subscription period
  • This is your first refund request

4.2 Partial Refund

We may offer a partial refund or credit in the following circumstances:

  • Service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Extenuating circumstances (evaluated case-by-case)

4.3 Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Accounts with significant credit usage
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (use free credits to evaluate first)
  • Failure to cancel before renewal

6. Refund Processing

7. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus any discounts you received for paying annually. We may offer pro-rated refunds for annual plans within the first 30 days of purchase.

8. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits can be used for future video generations and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
