Casamovo is an AI-powered platform that transforms real estate property photos into cinematic marketing videos. We provide tools for real estate professionals to create engaging video content from static images.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with reasonable notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Credits

Video generation uses credits. Free accounts receive limited credits. Paid plans include monthly credits that reset on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you don't have rights to use
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Share your account with others or resell access

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Videos

You own the videos generated from your photos and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in real estate marketing.

6.3 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Casamovo and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate video content. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before use. We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for all purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASAMOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
